Our Hotel includes 4 cave rooms and 3 stone rooms. The quality of the cave rooms make you feel cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Volcanic rock called tuffa is perfect insulation material which keeps the temperature between 17 - 20 degrees Celsius throughout the year. All rooms are different from each other in their size, shape and qualities.
All rooms are traditional decorated, however, being on the verge of the 21st century, each room includes private shower and w/c, almost inexhaustible hot water, wood floors, luxurious bedding and IDD telephone service.
All rooms have double beds; color TV and all modern comfort of this time, including fireplace and romantic lighting.
Some of the rooms and suites are carved out in the tuffa, a kind of stone that you will find everywhere in Cappadocia, and was formed by the hardening of volcanic ashes millions of years ago.
Breakfast is presented as open buffet style where you can find home made jams, from locally dried fruits, pure village productions, and dairy products straight from the village
Dinner is served with a rich course dishes. First serving is the soup of the day. One hot, one cold appetizer follows as a starter. Salad comes with the main course and the serving ends up with desert. The hotel menu is different everyday of the month, enriched with vegetarian varieties.
