Food at hotel is good, reasonably priced. but hotel owner refused to tell me where is bus station, pushed me to take up travel pkg with them. Also very calculative, charged me 3% extra for pymt by credit card, as I had been robbed in Athens subway, omonia sq and cheated by trvel agency ZAIS in Istanbul (gave all my usd cash to them), so I literally had no cash with me.

The position is great and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, but their friendliness seemed to be proportionate to how many of the additional features (eg breakfast, tours, meals) you paid for. Also some of the things it claims to offer on its website (eg free lift to Ephesus) were not available.

Value for money was amazing, clean safe accommodation, location near the bus station, restaurant was well priced and nice food, staff happy to help - more like a hotel than anything else.

Adem gave brilliant service. Very clean with very honest staff. Unfortunately no kitchen facilities available to guests, making it difficult to keep to a small budget (and healthy diet!). But all in all fantastic value for money.
