Staff went out of the way to be helpful though had minimal English language. It is located just five minutes walk from a major museum that I was there to visit.

They allowed us to check in a 6am without charging us for an extra night. They had satelite TV.

Elegant with great service. I was invited for tea in the office of the owner. I really felt welcomed at this fine "olde" hotel. Convenient to everything.

Even though the staff didn't speak much English they were always willing to help in any way they could, so the language barrier wasn't too bad. They were kind and considerate to a lonesome female traveller with good advice and always asked if there was anything they could do. Can't fault them. Nice rooms too.
