Urkmez Hotel is perfectly located, very comfortable and great value for money. Our room was beautiful, with an en suite and balcony. Breakfast was really tasty. It is, however, the friendliness of Jimmy and Juju that really make a stay worthwhile - they were so welcoming and helpful, giving us directions, advice, and lending us a guide book of Ephesus. we had a great stay!

This place was fabulous!! The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. They do a wonderful job entertaining, including a nice rooftop barbecue (if you are interested). They walked us places when we weren't sure where we were going and were so helpful can not even describe it. The place itself is just OK (although a GREAT location with a fabulous view), but what it lacks in style it more than makes up for in hospitality. Loved it.

The staff are extremly friendly and helpful and really make you feel so welcme. We loved the BBQ night, the food was so delicious, some of the best we had in Turkey and it was great value. The hotel room was very nice and clean and the location can not be better. Thoroughly recommended!

Loved everything about the hostel from it's location in a quaint lil' town to it's wonderful staff and a lovely terrace for chilling.

Jimmy & JuJu very friendly & helpful - collecting us from bus station, giving advice on local attractions including transport options other than their promoted tours and providing a comfortable, homely atmosphere for their guests. Our room was very clean with a balcony overlooking the aqueduct & the castle & we gratefully utilised the cheap laundry service. The roof top terrace was great & was the location for both breakfast (which was far better than the usual turkish breakfast fare) and buffet dinner which was delicious & fantastic value for money (with karaoke thrown in for free). Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place, Juju is friendly & helpful. Breakfast is great especially the sausages. Hostel is about 5 minutes walk from bus station. Juju provide free transport to Ephesus south entrance @ 8. 45am.

The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was really good. The rooom was ok. My only real problem was with the shower which was lacking warm /hot water.
